Most of the work that I've done storyboarding for is under NDA. These samples are representative of work that I have done to help project teams clarify what their users need from an experience.
Before:
When projects don't have storyboards teams tend to focus only on the user interface and what can be done technically. The user and the fact that they are interacting with the product as part of getting tasks done in the real world is often forgotten.
After:
Creating and socializing storyboards with non-UX coworkers increases awareness and empathy for the user. The conversation focuses on how we help our user get work done instead of technical restrictions.
